Post Office is Out of Action - Desperate to get my parcel

A parcel was delivered to the Ansfrere Post Office in Discovery about 10-12 days ago. We have gone to Ansfrere Post Office numerous times just to find that their doors are closed with a note that says the are offline as they do not have electricity. It has been there for the last 10 days. How do we get our parcel if the post office is never open. When do they expect to open again as there is no expected date on the note.

Ironically, the Post Office is in a centre and everyone else seems to have electricity except the post office.

I have phoned the Customer Service Number but I am just on hold, no one answers.

So can anyone tell me how I can get my parcel ?????
