Post office is inconsiderate

I have been sent a parcel about two months ago now and I haven’t received it and don’t even know the whereabouts of my parcel. I call everyday and get different responses, no tracking and no delivery. I have lost my patience and now I’m very frustrated about this whole situation. The parcel was fast emailed from Grand central post office to fourways in Johannesburg.
