Post office inefficiency

This the worst service ever, my parcel from the Netherlands arrived in SA on the 20th of July and still hasn't received, when I call the post office they shift blame telling you they have backlog.I have lost hope on getting my goods cause the operators also ***** 😕😕😕 That State entity is beyond repairs shut it down
