Post office *********** and ******

I’m still waiting for a parcel after it has arrived the 18 March at cape mail. It’s now the 1 st of april. They don’t answer telephones or emails. I live far from the post office and been there past 3 weeks every day. Consultants just say it’s in transit. Then find the damn package!!! I’m so sick of bad service by SA post office Cape Town . Are they paid to give such bad service they don’t even try. I was given a telephone number to call to see if parcel arrived, when I do call I get treated with ****** and rudeness. This is unacceptable!
