POST OFFICE IN SOUTH AFRICA *****ING PACKAGES NON DELIVERY AND CLOSES POST OFFICES PACKAGES CANNOT BE SENT

I have ordered items on AliExpress and the first few items were delivered. the Herm**** post office has since closed down and my items are still at the hub/ line haul office. This means that someone is either unable to answer the many customer service emails I have sent or that someone is *****ing what I ordered. There is ablsolutely no option given by the post office for packages that are still in their care and not sent. I knbow that the post office was in trouble and I know that they are in shambles but honesly is your last resort *****ing and looting packages to see if something can be used for yourself. It isi not only absurdly non understandable but also prolematic that tracking numbers cannot be sent - they can bve tracked but they cannot be sent so now what? Please help me find a solution: My tracking numbers are *** all the same for 7 different things ordered. Thsi probably means non deliverable. I am also not able to cancell these items as they are already in South Africa. What can one do?

I have been able to get hold of the post office. The post office in Herm**** closes its doors and on the front of the door it sais Momentarily closed. This has been "permanently closed for the past four weeks. My packages are inside the buiklding but no staff are pitching for work. I made contact with Customer Service at the post office and they then said I must go to the post office but that the post office does not have electricity. i went there and the doors were closed. Then I said to Ntabiseng from Customer Service that the doors are permanently closed and she said that they are not but that they only close and lock the doors as they have no electricity. it seems like the staff working there is not even going to work!!! I then asked Ntabiseng for help with getting my packages as the doors are always locked and she said I must drive there again!!!! Imagine I have been there everyday for the last two weeks and everytime the doors are locked so either the staff is being paid an not going to work or the people are inside and do not want to hep people with their packages. I am so fedup of having to ask again and again. I then asked for an emergency number for someone there and Iam still waiting for an answer. LP***

All the aboev packages are inside the buildingbut I cannot get them! This is not right! I then asked if they can give me a solution and I am still waiting on a reply.
