Post Office in Somerset East and in general

SAPO takes so long to deliver goods from customs. Sometimes I wait months. They also don''t invest at all in equipment or customer experience. The branch in Somerset East has very old and outdated equipment. Everything is super slow as well. I get so frustrated every time. You also wait quite some time in the row even if there is only 1 person infront of you.

Please better the service, equipment of this branch. Please also increase speeds at which parcels get delivered. It is really terrible.
