POST OFFICE HAS NO MONEY

I phoned the Post Office in Upington to query about a parcel. I live in Calvinia. They rep**** that there is no petrol money to send the courier to Calvinia to collect and deliver mail. What is going on with the sevice we are paying for. They might as well stop charging for overnight service, cause there is no service.<br>
