POST OFFICE HAS BECOME UNUSABLE

2 Parcels sent from USA and Czech Republic in August, both traceable until they flew into the "SA Post Triangle". SA post tracking website says 'on route' for the last month. "Customer Service" phone line just rings and rings. I will have to factor courier fees into any future shipments I make from overseas because SA Post Office is USELESS! Last shipment from Taiwan took a couple of days to arrive in SA, then 2.5 months and 10's of emails till I finally received it.
