Post Office Guy giving me Sarcastic Attitude!

<p>Hi There,</p> <p> </p> <p>So I got a package sent from Alberton to Benoni (Northmead), and due to construction, the Northmead branch is no longer there.</p> <p>I got send to Benoni Main Post Office to go and collect my package yesterday (26/09/2016).</p> <p>I got there and the guy was very nice and the service was good, but did not get my package because apparently they could not find it. And he told me to come back the following day.</p> <p>Today (27/09/2016), I went back to collect my package to find out that their system is offline, but the same guy assisted me. He came back yet again to tell me they could not find the package, and I asked him, what should I do now. He told me that he can't see where the package is, cause their system is offline.</p> <p> </p> <p>I told him that I tried phoning the post office to find out if the package arrived but no one answers the phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>He then told me in a very sarcastic manner "He put someone at the telephone" and smiled cause people behind me laughed at him.</p> <p> </p> <p>I find it very disturbing that he was so sarcastic to me trying to get the package I payed for to get posted to Benoni! </p> <p> </p> <p>Is there another way I can get my package? Cause apparently they don't know what they're doing?</p>
