Post Office Greenstone Mall - Offline Trending

So I had to pay a traffic fine and since the Post Office @ Greenstone Mall is a stone's throw away, I decided to go there. Firstly, let me begin by asking "Why do you have a phone, if you won't answer?" when I go there they say "WE ARE OFFLINE" only to hear another lady yell out "OFFLINE AGAIN, FOR THE 2nd WEE****" I finally got through to someone, I asked if they are now "Online," and she said No, I asked why not, she said "Coz we still don't have a toner." A Toner!!! Are you seriously offline because you cannot replace a Toner? So I went through the next weekend again, and no surprise, OFFLINE AGAIN! so I asked why, and the guy says "Our Cables are not working" Seriously, this is the biggest joke ever. If "offline" seems to be the latest trend with the Post Office, then close down, you're paying your staff for nothing because clearly they can't even answer the telephone. You're wasting people's time to get there, pay for a parking ticket and having to hear bizarre excuses each time. Annoyed, upset, ****ed off but also, not surprised.
