Post Office getting slower and slower!!

I am waiting for several packages from abroad. It is shocking to see, when tracking these items, how they practically come to a standstill once they reach the SA Post office's hands! One item in particular was reported to enter the country on 1 August. It was a full week before it reached customs, where it spent only one day before being released. The package was reported to leave JIMC hub (sorting center) a day later and I was looking forward to finally receiving my much anticipated package. However the package spent the next 9 days in limbo somewhere before showing up as having left Germiston hub on 17 August. It is now another 2 days later and still no package!! Where is my package?!! This so frustrating as this package was ordered well in advance of my son's birthday (a gift). His birthday has come and gone however thanks to the useless Post Office. <br> As a side note, I have ceased sending any packages in respect of my online business via the Post Office due to a lack of trust in their reliability. When ordering packages from other countries however, I have no choice as it is handled by the post office by default. The post office will never touch another of my parcels in future!!
