Post office gave my package to someone else!!!
I sent a lady to collect MY registered letter on my behalf, she later messages me saying MY LETTER WAS GIVEN TO SOMEONE ELSE!!! How in the hell does this happen?/ what are ref numbers for the?? I've paid for the goods enclosed in that package and so they WILL BE REPLACED or I WILL BE REIMBURSED!!<br> <br> <br> <br>
