Post Office Fordsburg worst service ever

If I could this post office no star I would. I have been trying to renew my car disc licence since Saturday and have been up and down to the post office for the past 2 days. Each time I'm told "We offline" . When I ask when they'll be online, I just get told "I don't know, try another post office". I will try again today, but my gut tells me that I'll have the same outcome. Its pathetic really. And nothing is being done about the situation. No interest whatsoever
