Post Office falling to deliver my parcel and custom fee i need to pay. For What!!

Hi Guys,

I'm not happy how post office has been handling my parcel. its been 4 weeks now and i am being told that my parcel was unsuccessfully delivered. No one has given we a call. When i call one of the local post office and being told that my parcel is avaialabe but i have to pay custom fee of R1000. I have paid post office to deliver my parcel. i tried calling customs and no one is picking up my call.

my parcel number is : RU***NL.

i dont understand where this custom cost is coming from from post office. if not...can i please get a refund for my parcel. Honestly speaking im not happy. i dont complain but this time... i will never use post office for delivering or even recommend it. Thanks.
