POST OFFICE FAILED TO DELIVER MY PARCEL

in September last year i posted items at Westonaria post office. i was told that the'll tak longer to arrive since there was strike on. i kept coming to check but wal always told that i must be patient. it is now July 2015 my parcel still hasnt been deliverd. tracking number PA 421 071 312 ZA<br> <br> i laid a complaint aagaist the post office a month ago and they told me to contact their customer service.<br> i phoned the customer service this is what happed. 1st day i was on the phone for 15 minutes and there was no ansewr. the following day i was on the phone for 30 minutes and there was no answer. the 3rd day i was on the phone for 45 minutes there was still no answer. each time i call them i have to buy air time.
