Good afternoon

I trust that you are doing well.

I am trying to sort out this issue, can someone please get in contact with me? My father's bill is escalating and it is not being sorted out. I sent a mail to the Post Office Customer Service a week ago and before then also. I have been holdiong on when I phone for more that an hour at a time.

It is really unacceptable....

Matter regarding: Ivan Esbach (Boarded from the Post Office many years ago)

Hi Wilma

Thank you very much for getting back to me.

I have contacted the Telkom office and they have assured me that they have nothing to do with the rebate being taken away as it is an employee rebate and they cannot make decisions on such matters.

They advise that I find out the reason for the cancellation of the rebate from The Post Office as my father gets an employee rebate.

Are you confirming that I should ask Telkom why the Post Office employee rebate has been taken away?

Good day

I trust that you are doing well.

Please note that his query HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED.......

Before I enter in to a detailed discussion, I would like you to take note of a few points: My father does not have pensioners discount, it is an EMPLOYEE REBATE No one communicated the change of usage / service to him or asked his permission for the change My father called you on 07 August 2019 and stayed on the line for 2 hours without being assisted Your one agent left the call to ask for assistance from someone and said "this man can't even speak proper English", all this while my father was holding on live Your one agent said to my father that she will have someone phone him back because you have other people waiting and he is holding up the line

NOW.....HOW DARE YOU SPEAK TO A CLIENT LIKE THAT AND FURTHER MORE HOW DARE YOU TREAT MY FATHER THIS WAY????/!!!!

My father gets an employee rebate and when he received his statement, he saw that there was no rebate and his usage was changed to a different rate and name. I understand that he must make a choice as it is mandatory but it is also a LEGAL REQUIREMENT that you communicate a change to a customer and you are not allowed to enforce a change without communication and consent. How does it make sense to put someone on a line where the product is more that the bill?

My father (A PENSIONER) called you on 07 August 2019 and spent more that 2 hours being sent from pillar to post and then treated like a dog!!!!

Your agents don't listen, they have no call centre etiquette, they have no people s****s and their customer care is appalling!!!

I will deal with this matter from now onward so please contact me......BECAUSE I CAN SPEAK ENGLISH!!!!!

MY DETAILS: Janine Everts *** ***

I am legally entitled to receive any call recordings that I require and I require ALL the call recordings for 07 August 2019 on the interaction between my father and your organisation.

Some of the people he spoke to includes: Sibusiso Josna Fabian Evon Marrow If I get the names wrong, I am sure you will be able to pick it up on the call records.

To make it clear: The reason for my father's call was to inform you that he picked up that he was put on a different plan that cost him more than his actual phone bill and he did not apply or consent to this plan in he first place. Second to that he called to inform you that his EMPLOYEE REBATE has been taken away

Then, during this interaction he was told by two of your agents that he can't even speak English and that he will be called back because he is holding up your line and you have a queue.

I would like someone to call me as it seems you can only deal with certain clients and certain situations. And I called you yesterday and was kept waiting for 20minutes. .

Please call me as a matter of urgency.
