No Virtual Post Office. The site has crashed. You cannot do any transactions online. SA Post Office however have the solution. You can go and stand in a long queue for hours at your local post office to renew your PO Box. Bad enough in normal circumstances but unacceptable in time of Covid. The post office is completely dysfunctional.
