Post office doesn’t deliver and they are not reliable on their digital spaces
On the 25 of May I made an international purchase at UK it was supposed to arrive on the 17th of May 2021 but It never did, I contacted ASOS telling them about the issue then they gave me their tracking order details via fedex cross border, then when I track it shows that my item did arrive here in SA on the 25 of June and it arrived at Cape Town inward office of exchange. I tried to contact post office via email they never get back me then I tried to contact them via Twitter, they got back to me but after 2 weeks and I was told that my item was dispatched at Tsakane post office but when I went there I was told that my order was not delivered there. So I contacted post office again on Twitter notifying them about what is said at Tsakane post office, but then I had to wait for another 1 weeks to receive a reply then I was told that my tracking number will be escalated to their customer service then they will get back to me, of which it’s something that they never did till today I haven’t received my order. Please guys help me with this situation because it is crystal clear that post office are the one that don’t wanna deliver my item and they are not reliable on their social media pages, imagine such a big entity is not reliable on their digital spaces, it’s like they don’t take people's inquiries seriously.
