Post Office Disfunctional

Apparently the post office is not functioning anymore. Ordered something on Alliexpress. Unfortunately they use the post office for last mile delivery. I have phoned customer service in order to find out where my parcel is .....after a long while I managed to get through. They informed me that the parcel is with my local post office. Since last week I tried to collect my parcel from them.....all in vain.....apparently the hub do not distribute the parcels anymore......I asked them to phone and inquire........their answer was ....they do not answer phones anymore. So my conclusion.....The post office stopped to function. What a disgrace.
