Post Office Deplorable!!!

<p>My son sent gifts to the family from the USA. The package was in customs for over 3 weeks, on receipt of the parcel six items are missing from the parcel. These are gifts that are not replaceable in monetory value because they were especially purchased with specific thought for each member of the family.</p> <p>I have sent an email to Customer Services and as yet have had no response. I cannot get hold of them on their customer care number and have tried their landline number in Pretoria with no nswer at all!! Mark Barnes surely customer service should be number one? Your by line of "we deliver, what ever it takes" is a misnomer!</p>
