Post office delays

I received a package from a friend of mine in U.K. and it was suppose to be delivered last week already, but I haven't received anything yet. I am still waiting I had to call the call center and it takes ages for me to receive assistance plus my airtime got finish. Could you kindly help me in this matter.<br> <br> Thank you
