Post Office de*****s customers openly and *****s money
<p> </p> <p>Post office deliberately *****s money and de*****s thousands of customers – and we can proof that</p> <p> </p> <p>Many people are affected and must unite . This must be made public as it's one of the worst scandals, even for African standards</p> <p> </p> <p>I keep it as short as possible:</p> <p> </p> <p>We emigrated from Cape Town to the USA. Posted 9 big boxes of all personal household items, all stuff, clothes, shoes, documents, computer, personal belongings – everything …) with Post office (registered mail of course to be shipped to Florida) It was promised to arrive within 2 months latest</p> <p> </p> <p>IT NEVER arrived - and most likely never will</p> <p> </p> <p>It's now 3 months later and via an internal contact we learned that everything is still in Cape Town, as post office has no contract with any forwarding company to the USA, and cannot tell when they will get a contract with anyone, if they ever get one ! It has NOT LEFT CAPE TOWN – now over 3 month later!</p> <p> </p> <p>That is pure ******** and ***** – as they accepted goods for a service, charged money , knowing they cannot deliver ! – that is THEFT as per legal definition</p> <p> </p> <p>Tracking is impossible (no tracking website from Post office works), all links are not in service or broken or “temporarily unavailable” , and customer service does not take any calls, and all emails are being ignored.</p> <p>I spent hours waiting on the phone calling from the USA to customers “Hotline” which is always disconnected after about listening 12 minutes to a recording. No one ever picks up</p> <p> </p> <p>So our damages so far are (provable) about 120.000 Rand and counting, as we are forced to buy most things new here in the USA. But most things are personal and irreplaceable.</p> <p> </p> <p>Even much needed medical equipment is in this boxes (a Magnetic field therapy machine f.e) - it's 55.000 Rand to buy this machine here in the USA, and I need it urgently for chronic backpain, it's prescribed to me by Innomed Clinics</p> <p> </p> <p>Surely thousands of people must be affected by that Scandal- (as thousands of parcels must lay there , waiting to be sent, - and never will be ) , and I hope as soon as it hits the news, those people affected will come forward and will have serious consequences for ******** Post Office Officials , who cannot care less so far, and simply put the heads in the sand and ignore the problem, and that they ***** the money, without delivering the boxes</p> <p> </p> <p>I will send you all information on request of course, also tracking numbers asf and proof that they admitted in writing that they have no one who can forward and no contract with anyone to do so</p> <p> </p> <p>Respectfully yours</p> <p> </p> <p>Michael and Sharon and Michael Honsa</p> <p> </p> <p>Clearwater Beach</p> <p>Florida – USA</p> <p> </p>
