post office customer services

hi guys, to be honest it's becoming increasingly frustrating contacting customer services be it via telecom or email as nobody ever answers the phone or replies to an email when inquiring about a parcel that was sent from the UK on the 27/07 and scanned into JIMC on the 10/09. If anybody has a direct contact number for customer services could they kindly post it on this forum as I've tried many avenues to get an update on my parcel and South African tracking number
