Post office customer no service

Parcel registered 4/10/18 @ Groot Brak branch. On 11/10/18 I tried tracing it. No success. Sent email to customer service everyday from the 11th. Even tried phoning . Unsuccessful. So now what? No mail even registered no answer on email or phone!
