Post Office closed on Saturday morning

<p>I have already emailed the new post office numbers but have not received a response</p> <p>On Saturday 21st January 2017 I arrived at Bryanston West Post Office to find the branch closed and a handwritten note saying that the branch would only be open on 1st and last Saturday of the month.</p> <p>When do you expect customers to go to the post office?</p> <p>Is it reasonable for customers to take time off work or wait 2 weeks to collect registered mail?</p> <p>Is this now standard practice for the Post Office for Post Offices to only be open 1st and Last Saturday or is this something decided by the staff at the branch?</p> <p><br />Google search say open 8:30am -1pm</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not the first time I have been to the Bryanston West Post Office on a Saturday to find it closed. On 5th November at 09:30 I arrived to collect registered mail and it was all in darkness.</p> <p><br />What is going on!!!</p>
