Post office closed before operating hours.

Arrived at the post office at 16:11pm to find the post office closed while operating hours are 08:00 am to 16:30 pm. I was referred to the post office by another lady at their post office as they couldn't help with what i needed and she specifically said that all the post office close at 16:30 and if i rush i will get assistance....Here am i to get to the post office between Main and Fox Street to find them closed before operating hours.

I have been traveling looking for post office operating as hard as it is to find one then to my surprise its closed before time....i urgently needed the service for school purposes and now i am stuck with no assistance.

This has to be paid attention to and i expect some action to be taken regarding this matter.
