Post Office chatsworth

Good day Today I went to the post office at chatsworth to collect a parcel. A sms was send to my phone however I could not find my sms as I have a new phone. We were assisting by rude consultant that kept rolling his eye at my husband and i as my husband explained the sms was sent to my old phone. He called my husband a **** stating I said I lost the sms which I did not say he was arragont and yes my husband swore him which was wrong however as the consultants named ts called him a **** he then proceed to limb over his count to hit my husband . Please explain to me is this customer service and is there no other way to collect my package as I had my I d but the consultant ts screamed no he can't help us and we must go away and wait for another sms. My husband is a policeman and I'm a nurse and unable to just run out to the post office when they instruct us to surely there should be some way he could have helped.

His behaviour was not called for he's rude and uncouth with no customer service at all. He shouldnt be in a position if he cannot have basic customer service.
