POST OFFICE CANNOT TRACK MY ORDER, FRUSTRATED.

SOUTH AFRICAN POST OFFICE CANNOT TRACE FOR ME MY ODER,,, I am expecting an order from Aliexpress and it came with international order, and I went to Post Office in Bloemfontein Hofmansquare and they told me they need a local track number witch I do not not where to get it from my order is not from south africa. It has been a struggle of Post Office to trace my order with International track number, I AM SO CONFUSED IS IT NOT THE SAME POST OFFICE THAT CHANGES INTERNATIONAL TRACK NUMBER TO LOCAL NUMBERS ??? Can someone from Post office call me and tell me where my order is I have been waiting for this order from Augiust even September ended , POST OFFICE CANNOT TELL ME WHAT IS MY LOCAL TRACK NUMBER.
