Post office Cambridge

For the second time that I went to the Post office in Cambridge on a Wednesday the post office opens at 8.30 but the office opens at 8.35 whilst they open late there is no one on the counter they are busy loitering without coming to the countera whislt we as clients are quieng. This has become a habit as this was not the 1st time happening. They need to up their service levels.
