Post Office box request

I went on to the Virtual Post Office and downloaded a form for ordering a post office box. printed it out and filled it in. Then I went off to my local post office (Sunward Park, Boksburg, 1470) carrying the completed form (wouldn’t it be nice if one could just submit the form online through the Virtual Post Office). After waiting in the queue for 45 minutes, I was able to speak to the gentleman teller. He told me there weren’t any available. I expected that. He just looked at me. I asked if he could put me on the waiting list. No, he rep**** they don’t keep a waiting list -I must come back after the 1st April and see if there were any available. How would he know to contact me? No he was not going to contact me, I must just come in and see if there were any available. Then if there were and they had locks to put on them they might be able to give me one. I now know why I heard nothing since I last app**** for a box three years ago.

This is called customer service! Delivering no matter what it takes?
