Post Office Boksburg give disgusting service

I posted a box to a friend from Tygervally which gives fantastic service and the box arrived at Boksburg on the 3de November. The 4th November the box was simply posted back to sender. My friend without knowing this, went to the post office to retrieve her box, the person behind the counter realized what they have done, telling my friend that the tracking number does not exist. I called another branch, asking them to check the tracking number and they notified me that the box arrived on the 3de and was send back on the 4th so the person helping behind the counter was laying. I called Boksburg *** post office, talking to Veronica which told me she is in charge. She firstly said it was collected and after me telling her the client was shown away, she said she going to check and left me hanging on the phone until I put the phone down 25minutes later. What a disguising service some Post Offices gives. The box is still not found.
