Post office bloemfontein (lost parcel)

I have used post office bloemfontein (kagisanong) speed service, on the 25th of January for counter to counter, that takes 24 hours service delivery. Went back on the 8th of Feb and 24th of Feb for following up of my parcel that has not reached its destination(not gonna mention bad service and attitude I got in between those days, doing follow up.. Calling almost every day, and all the stress I went through) . Was told all parcels that left the post office that day 25th of January got ******.. Have sent all necessary documents., but still to date no parcel not communication from post office. I am done with post office.. Find my parcel, and please return it.
