Post office Bertsham/Ridgeway rude and appalling service

I am so appalled by the service of the post office, it was very quiet there and i was the only customer at the time, had to beg theblady for attention to assist with my car disk renewal.

The whole time she sat the typing up a storm on her computer and didnt even look at me when giving me the form, she had no name tag and refused to give me her name.

I had just paid 870 rands for the renewal but wen some one came to encash the R350 sassagrant she said she had no money in her till.

My brother has been there 4 times and at every occurrence told there is no money.

He had to take a taxi to a nearby mall to get the money instead of at a post office a minute away from home.
