Post office bad service with parcel posting

I sent a parcel on 15 December 2015, due to people either not knowing what they doing or im not sure what. My parcel has been sitting at Capemail hub ever since 24 December only to find out now that it is still there and being sent back as they had never done the shipping for international.<br> Now i must pay more becouse of their mistake
