Post office Bad service from BEE

I am waiting for a parcel from the post office. I tracked the parcel but found little info on the whereabouts. I sent them mail to request info on my parcel. They rep**** some days later with a Non existing post office at the address they stated. I drove to the location and after some investigation found there was never a post office at the adress they gave me. So I sent another mail requesting the correct adress to collect the parcel and again she gave me the wrong info.so I can kiss my parcel goodbye as they don't know where it is. Another BEE failure for SA
