Post office bad courier services

<p>I am a small business and post organic food supplements now and then to my clients all over south africa when need be and not once but twice have the post office' s courier services incompetence interfered. I recently 22/12/2016 sent a urgent parcel via speed services to Venda Ndzelele to a client and when they get to the post office they said the parcel was delivered to Thohoyandou. Now there is no help or compromise we are getting even thou we spoke to he manager and we paid for speed services for what? I don't understand how and where did they see on the parcel written thohoyandou or is it laziness? Please help as we are frusated because my client is not well and can't wait until Tuesday</p> <p> </p>
