Post office bad courier

They open and ***** parcels and nothing is done for you apart from a reference number and 2 emails from their consultant. I sent 2 packages to different destinations and both got tempered with. The first one received an empty package which had been opened and all contents were ******. The second one, half the contents were ******, I had to replace products worth over R8000 to the two ladies. Filed a complaint and Speed services contacted weeks after the complaint and Merinda Germishuys asked me to send invoices which I did and that was it. That was on 03 April 2019. Up to now theres no further response or communication. ***/19
