Post office Atlantis Rygersdal

<p>HI Team,</p> <p>I would like to lodge a formal complaint against the post office in Atlantis rygersdal, a package was sent for me there and two member of my family with the same surname attempted to go get the parcel and they refused. I then sent them a letter and my ID, they took that to the post office and the post office now claims that someone has signed for it. I want a very good explanation as to why my family could not sign for it but anyone else could.</p> <p>I purchased this from overseas it already took two months to get here and the person i bought the gift for was one of the people that tried to get the package.</p> <p>I have been trying for the last 4 weeks to get in touch with the post office but all i have done was waste over R100's of rands worth of airtime.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is what i emailed the post office because i have no clue what else to do atlantis post office is useles because of there ****ty coloured mentality, coming from a coloured person who grew up in atlantis.</p> <p> </p>
