Post Office and it’s shameless courier service

I’ve been waiting on my package for over 3 weeks now and hasn’t been sent to me. The package was sent by a friend from Alex Post Office on the 20th of September 2018 to be door delivered to my place in Northgate and since nothing has happened ?? I’ve called Post office 30 times during this period of which if they don’t put me on hold for more than 20 minutes on each call I get told that my package is in it way to be delivered on me by the driver and TIL this date that hasn’t happened. Every time I call they tell me the same story that the driver is on his way to me. I even asked my friend to go back to Alexandra Post Office and ask them to bring back the package but to no success “their system is offline”. It’s so frustrating that I’m been given the run around whilst I’ve paid for services which has not been rendered to me ?? I’m tired of calling their customer service center only to be put on hold until my airtime is exhausted and not speaking to anyone in most occasions. I want my package and somebody there needs to make sure that I get what belongs to me‼️❗️❗️It’s the 10th of October 2018 almost a month and I’m still waiting...
