post office and customs worst costumer service

Okay i have parcel that is coming from the Netherlands and contact information on the waybill is in correct i have been struggling to get any person on the phone and there is always busies lines and nobody answers there phone and after 6 min they just hang up i do not know what to do next this parcel is needed to be used for bringing in more work or me
