Post office Alice Horrible treatment to the Elderly Citizens

It a shame how elderly people are being treated in some Government intuition that are meant to hell them. My 60 year old Mom called me in tears about how she was treated by ladies working for Post office in Alice Eastern Cape.

There were they since 9AM and the post office workers told them to wait without any reason render but they were attending to other clients who are coming to do the same thing they have came to, it's cleay it was the people they know, and they will insult and shout at my mother when she asks the reason why she is not being attendi too and the ladies she was with. Finally after waiting for 7 good hours the Alice Lost Office workers told them to leave because they are going home, they didn't give them valid reason of why they have waited from 9AM till 4PM and they were told to leave.
