Post Office again (International mail)

<p>I had an item posted in China on 4 April 2016. &nbsp;Have an international track &amp; trace number. &nbsp;According to the post office tracking the parcel has still arrived. &nbsp;How is it possible to have no visibility on a parcel for 5 weeks. &nbsp;Is it perhaps lying at customs in Jhb. and they have not captured the arrival of the parcel (like with my previous parcel last year). &nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>And don't even bother trying to call the SA Post Office customs depot, they NEVER answer the phone. &nbsp;Why do we have a few departments/employees that is *****ing the name of the entire SA Post Office?</p>
