Post Office

i'm so not impressed with our post office system. i have packages or goods that were shipped to the country by beginning of September up until now there has been no movement. when you call them they forever telling you stories and not assisting. can we please look at this system somewhere somehow it's not being done correctly. can i also complain about the Benmore Gardens Post office. their attitudes stinks and they forever on their phones and not assisting. you spend hours trying to get assistance and the manager is full of ****.
