POST OFFICE

I ordered many international parcels from E-bay and wish in the past, whilst, there were delays in customs I was always able to call/email Cape Mail hub and get tracking details. I have been trying for the last week to call the National Centre ***, (experiences high call volumes whenever) the Customer Service *** /6/7 and their email *** which bounces back their email...cannot believe this service
