Post office

I have been 4 times to renew my licence disk, either the printer is down or the queue out the door. I try call Westville post office to ask what time they close their licence renewal station but they never answer the phone. I look on webpage which states the post office closes at 1pm on a Saturday. I drive 20kms( NOT THE FIRST TIME) to arrive at 1.45pm and met at the door by an outstretched leg saying they are closed, this automatically raises my blood pressure, and i tell the lady it says they close at 1pm on the website. I walk to the licence station and the clerk tells me they are closed, i query the closure time and she tells me (VERY RUDELY) that she won't be helping me and i must look at the front door for the closing times. After much bickering i speak to the Manager and ask her to please just do my licence disk renewal as i have now been there 4 times, and I'm told thats NOT THEIR PROBLEM.... my husband eventually stepped in to beg and plead with management that what does it take to do one extra licence disk......I am utterly disgusted with the red tape that SA citizens have to deal with daily..The dinosaur mentality of these government workers is appalling, and they wonder why the citizen gets so upset with them. What happened to good old fashioned work ethics and hardworking staff, why must they clock watch and be *** headed about it....I really want to take this matter further to the TOP.. but don't think it will fall on welcome ears.... GOD SAVE AFRICA
