Post office

I am highly disappointed I have a parcel that was sent for me on January I have been tracking it since January 2023 it mid February without my deliver. It’s a very important parcel I have been contacting South African Post office and no one is picking up their phone to assist me. I then called Capemail they sent me a number of a lady that is going to assist me her office number is ***. When she picked up the phone she was already annoyed I couldn’t explain why I’m calling she ordered me to give her the tracking number which I gave her. After staying on the line she said I must call her back she is going to look for my parcel. I called her back after 15 minutes she agreed on and she didn’t pick up and picked up after an hour and just told me she just sent my parcel to another post office which I tried to call and the lines are not working. Post office workers are not willing to assist me please hello Peter assist
