Post Boxes Available But No Locks in Stock

I have a new Post Box at Gezina. I have paid for the year but have not yet received keys for the box. I believe that the branch has not had keys (new locks?) for the past 4 months and they do not know when they will be getting any. There are big adverts inside the branch encouraging people to secure their post with a post box but the branch is unable to deliver! When will locks and keys be available.
