Post Box with no post

I have a Post Box in Kelvin, Sandton. The Post Office has been closed for months and a message appeared on the Post Office window to call a person in the Bramley sorting office which is a long drive. The phone did not even ring. I went there and there was a notice saying no entry. I walked in and was firstly taken aback bay the poor state of the building. I eventually was referred to a person who said that there were only some post boxes affected in Kelvin although the sign at Kelvin did not state that. Called her manager and the phone rang but was not answered. Still no post. Will not be renewing my post box this year
