Post box renewal disaster

<p>I could not Pay Online as there was a "unpaid" on their system. Obviously they have no clue what they are doing. I have paid my post box last year cash at the Mooinooi post office as I could not do it online due to Telkom being offline in our area. Now the sys tem blocked me t do it online. I phoned the number supp****. Spoke to a Lwandile Macanda. The more I explaned to him I have paid, the more he said I have to pay for 2 years. He does not anderstand any explination and is to stupid to contact the Mooinooi office to get clarification. The new South Africa seems to have less brains than an ant. I will pay it cash this year again hopefully they will fix up their systems which is unlikely as their service stinks.</p>
