post bank had network failure wich resulted in my money to disapeard from my acount

on the 12th of augus someone deposited money to my post bank acount when i withdraw the money the atm decline then when i enqure at post ofice they told me dat their system is ofline .when i check the balance i found that i only R48.80 the rest is lost due to their system being offline.nw i want my money back
